New Roll Wallet

My original roll wallet was a huge hit, but it was so poorly made. I’ve been thinking about it a lot and trying to come up with a design that is simple to make, yet still provides different sized pockets. In the first one, I created some really complicated pocket levels that I just couldn’t recreate. I’d like to be able to make a few without it taking me a hundred years, so this was the best option, and I actually like it better. I still need to work on sizing the pocket widths appropriately, but that should be an easy tweak. I would love feedback on this one, and would like to know what everyone would keep in this thing so I can get a better idea of what to size the pockets for.

the diagonal is such a genius idea! functional and i love the jazzy look it gives the organizer! as far as pocket sizes go…if it were me, i'd def want one for make-up brushes and eye-liners. I'd TOTALLY find it useful for school supplies…i.e. everything from standard pens and pencils, to a 12" scale, to tiny pockets for things like drafting dots. really, one made just for pens/pencils would be stellar. I'm imagining my prismacolor colored pencils specifically. also, don't know if you'd ever think of adding a protective flap over the top that would fold down over pockets before rolling…but i had a make-up brush roll that did that and I thought it was helpful, nothing could escape and it kept the brushes clean and prevented them from getting other things dirty. pps…have i told you lately that i LOVE your blog? xoxoxo.

what if all the pockets had a little zipper…you could travel with jewelry in there!
